The deposit is non-refundable.

A minimum €80 deposit is required in advance to book a tattoo appointment. A deposit is required for each tattoo, even if you are coming to get them on the same day. The deposit is payable with cash or via Tikkie / PayPall.

Once a deposit has been received, the agreed appointment date and time will be confirmed. Please book your tattoo appointment on a day where you have no set plans after your appointment. Give yourself plenty of time and do not rush the process.

If you would like to rearrange your appointment I ask for a minimum of 4 days notice. Failing to notify me within the minimum 4 days notice will result in losing your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable for whatever reason.

Please do not come to your tattoo appointment if you are feeling unwell. Just give me as much notice as you can, at least 2 hours before your appointment.

If you cancel because you are ill or recovering from illness, I will give you a period of time (usually 30 days) in which you must reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be carried over to the new appointment. If you are ill a second time, the deposit will then become non-refundable.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and leave me insufficient time to complete the tattoo, I have the right to decide not to tattoo you. The deposit will not be refundable.

Custom drawings/designs are not available until the day of your appointment. I ask customers to look through my tattoo work on instagram and the website before booking. There is always time on the day to discuss your design and ask for small changes.

I don’t tattoo anyone under the age of 18. Parental consent is not accepted. All customers will need to bring proof of age with them on the day, in the form of photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.

Coco Rae Studio is a strictly 'no under 18s' environment.
Because the studio is small, you may bring one person for support. Please notify in advance.

Avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment. Make sure you have eaten and slept properly prior to your appointment. Bring snacks or food with you if you have a long appointment booked.

If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or I suspect that you are, I cannot tattoo you. You will be asked to leave and your deposit will not be refunded.

On the day of your appointment, a consent form will be provided for you to fill out. You'll be expected to disclose information about health conditions and medications. Certain conditions, medications, or medical histories will mean that I am not able to tattoo you. Please discuss this with your doctor first and let me know before booking an appointment.

I cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding.

I advise that it's best not to give your immune system too much to do at once. In order to maximise your healing response for a tattoo, and avoid complications, you should leave at least 2 weeks between your tattoo, and any other procedure. For example, a cosmetic procedures (such as dermal fillers or botox), dentistry, minor injuries or operations.

For any other major operations, chemo, ongoing hospital treatment, medication, or anything else you're not sure about, please consult with your doctor before booking in.

​​It is your responsibility to care for your new tattoo and follow my aftercare advice. I will provide you with aftercare instructions.

Coco Rae Studio reserves the right to refuse to help you for any reason.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge the following:

1. You understand that this procedure is a permanent change to my skin and body.
2. You allow your tattoo to be photographed, showcased and used for my socials, website and portfolio.
3. You acknowledge that Coco Rae Studio does not offer a refund.
4. You agree that Coco Rae Studio does not have a way of identifying if you are allergic to the elements or ingredients that will be used for your tattoo.
5. You understand that you need to take care of the tattoo by following the instructions given to you.
6. You understand that you might get an infection. Even if you follow the instructions given to you in regards of taking care of your tattoo.
7. You agree that you can not make any claims, expenses, damages, and liabilities against Coco Rae Studio.
8. You acknowledge the risks of getting a tattoo and take full responsibility.
9. You confirm that the information you provided in the form below and the consent form in the studio are accurate and true.
